Interfaith Thanksgiving Celebration

An interfaith Thanksgiving celebration will be held Tuesday, November 20th at 7:30pm at Asbury United Methodist Church in Crestwood. Everyone is invited regardless of church, synagogue or other religious affiliation.A community Thanksgiving chorus is being assembled to sing at this service and all interested choirs and individuals are welcome to participate. Call 014-779-3722 for more information.The service on 11/20 is a continuation of a long tradition of local faith and communities gathering together at Thanksgiving time.In the spirit of hope for greater unity among the World’s peoples, the invitation to this service is extended to people of all religious traditions and to those who may have no particular religious tradition but who wish to join with other to offer prayerful thanks.
